Ca. 4000m2 boliger. Byggesagen er kendt i almennyttig sektor for nytænkning i design og sagens processer har været evalueret af Involverende, værdibaseret byggeproduktion – SBI.
Sagen var også kendt for ”den gode tone” på byggepladsen.
